TERMS AND CONDITIONS
-          All prices/quotations exclude GST at 10%.
-          All prices are in AUD unless otherwise stated.
-          Quotations are valid for 14 days from date of quotation.
-          Upon placing a verbal or written order the customer accepts our terms and conditions.
-          All images, models, animations and marketing material are intended for illustration purposes only. Projectworks3D (“PW3D”) accepts no liability or any responsibility for any discrepancies in relation to the information supplied by the client, resolution available in photo image previews by PW3D or any displayed items on the product/service provided. PW3D cannot be held responsible for any design flaws or omissions with the CAD data.
-          Delivery times are estimated at time of order and are subject to change. Production time frames are estimates only. PW3D cannot be held liable for any delays in production due to the delayed provision of requested files, response to stage previews by clients, alteration of files issued on commencement during production or delay in delivery of models by the international freight forwarder.
-          Any changes to delivery times will be notified at our earliest convenience.
-          Any cancellations may incur some or all of the production costs depending at what point the written cancellation is received. PW3D retains the right to charge a percentage of the project total if any changes to the original structure files provided on commencement are made by the client or architect after STAGE A production has commenced or if any changes to the original brief are made. Charges may be incurred if there are any major movements to the original camera angle/s selected or structural amendments are requested after STAGE A has been completed. Charges may be applied if there are changes to colours and finishes after STAGE B has commenced. If the project is cancelled during production for any reason the following payment structure applies: 50% of the total project payment for cancellation after STAGE A production has been completed, 60% of the project payment for cancellation after STAGE B production has been completed and the full 100% project payment is payable if cancellation occurs after STAGE C production has been commenced.
-          PW3D reserves the right to modify pricing without notifying the customer.
-          PW3D retains copyright of all format files (3DS/PSD files), images, models and animations along with the use of any image or animation for marketing related purposes and presentations. Failure to pay, when due, shall give PW3D the right to take possession, without liability and without notice to the purchaser. All format files remain the property of PW3D and will not be issued to the client. All images, models, animations and marketing material remain the property of PW3D until the project has been finalised and full payment received.

GENERAL PAYMENTS
-          All new and existing customers who do not have credit facilities with us are required to pay in full prior to delivery with a 50% deposit to commence production.
-          Companies or individuals that require credit facilities must apply in writing.
-          Upon approval of a credit application, subsequent orders are strictly net 30 days from date of invoice.
-          Payment in full means cleared funds into PW3D’s designated bank account. Failure to pay, when due, will give PW3D the right to take possession.
-          All credit cards incur a 2.4% plus $0.30 surcharge on the total amount payable.
